GetBodySmart represents an attempt to create a fully animated and interactive eBook about human anatomy and physiology. The contents and design of this long-term project were made based on years of experience in teaching Anatomy & Physiology.

We invite all interested teachers, students, healthcare professions, and others to use the free tutorials and quizzes in GetBodySmart to help explain the body’s complex physiological interactions and illustrate its important anatomical landmarks.

GetBodySmart was started in 2000 by Scott Sheffield, who created those beautiful illustrations and animations together with simple and clear explanations. In 2017 Scott handed GetBodySmart over to the team of Kenhub who has refreshed the technology and content by the end of 2017, so GetBodySmart works on all devices and the content can be easily extended over the next years.
